Colouring Hair

I am having problems with colour hair i have been following the Spectrum Noir DVD and the hair resources, but i can  not get the hang of it.   I'm going to look at the images of the slugs n snail stamp and try follow the the image. All i have to do is keep on trying.
If anyone can help please do Thank You .

Went on the train by myself Yepieeeeeee

I am so pleased with myself because I have been on the train by myself, as Lance normally drives me to where I want to go or I hop on the bus when I am returning from town. I was a bit nervous but the journey was nice and also I thought the train conductor would not understand me when I say Llwynypia with my English accented.
